with my girlfriend i spend every moment i have with her and most of my time that dont have with her trying to make her happy and everytime i do this its as genuine as can be... but she doesnt seem to appreciate this... what should i do? i just want her to be happy with me

It's easy. Just resist urges to call her, go visit her, etc. How old are you and she?
I know when you're young and early in a relationship all you wanna do is be with them ALL the time, but that's how people get burnt out. You have to have a life outside of each other. This also prevents you from gettin really ****ed up if you two break up. If you invest all of yourself into someone, when they are gone you're left with nothing. Whereas if you have a life outside of your S/O it's a lot easier to move on and deal.
Just hang out with your buddies more, or find a hobby.
