anal sex..really worth it?

well, as the question says.. is anal sex such a nice thing?
i'm a guy and actually i'm not that interesting in it. i tried once with my gf and just i made it enter a little bit, but we tried to do it just cause "some people do it", but not like we are that willing to trying it.

alright i think i understand the first times it will be hard to put inside or so, but then does the girl really feel that wonderful feeling more than putting it in the other hole? or just it's the same..

i'd like to hear both guys and girls. for the guys, do you really like it and do it everytime? and..why do you like it that much? i mean..isnt the vagina hotter and better?

is it strange for a guy not being willing of doing it? i'm having sex twice a day almost everyday and i really love doing it, but i dont feel anything about trying anal sex.

Regarding anal, I'm a guy and I can take it or leave it. It is exciting from a "doing something different" or "slightly taboo" perspective, but I really prefer vaginal sex. If a girl I'm who wants to, sure, but if not, I don't think I'm going to launch into a fit of depression. I had one girlfriend who seemed to like it -- we dated five years and did anal probably once every couple of months, usually at her suggestion. We both enjoyed it, but it isn't for everyone.
