Im soo sick of moving! This is like my 50th move. Our apartment complex is going condo like EVERY apartment complex in Sarasota, so here I go again. The packing, the throwing away things you pack away in a corner.

The same thing is happening in my area too! The apartment complex we live in has turned into a condo, but my roomate and I made a deal to keep renting until May '06.

I understand, that sux! Can't you talk to the apartment people, and tell them that you wanna stay for X amount of time?

Yep Sarasota, love it here too!!! Theyre not going condo til 07, so they say. So were opting to get out now. The rent availablity here has become NIL. Unless we want to rent on the bay for 4 g's a month. Uh no.

Everyone I talk to, if theyre in an apt, they're leaving too. Our city has gotten a new bird name the "Crane" cause thats all you see now. Popping up like weeds around here!

We're by Clearwater (a distance from you), but it's amazing how fast condos are rising! It kind of pisses me off!

holy crap, thats an hour from here! My old boss bought into a new condo on the bay in Tampa. It is annoying that FL has become what it is.

two words... self storage. sure it's expensive and it's like paying another rent. however, umm.... you'll get to keep your stuff and it won't be as hectic moving. wait, what am i talking about, i'd rather move all my shit than pay extra rent monthly.
