1. His name is nowhere on any of the documents, as his lawyers have made clear. It is impossible to prove that he wrote a single one of them. For all we know, a bitter wife wrote made the shit up to get him in even more trouble. (Of course, that would NEVER happen! Women are innocent!)

2. She didn't sign any of them, and as far as any of us know it was all a joke, or something he did to show her what he liked or wanted.

3. I love how innocent until proven guilty goes right out the window when it is a man involved with a "battered" wife. Every woman on every corner is out for blood against this guy, with little to no concern of any of the facts.

4. Half of the items on the list are things you women promise to do anyhow, and yet after a few months / years of marriage it goes right out the window, you get fat and nagging, the sex goes away, the sexy clothes go away, etc.etc.etc. A guy wouldn't be driven to write some things like this (in the event that he did) if women didn't pull the ol' switcheroo in the middle of marriage.

5. I don't care if he is guilty or not of either of the actual crimes he is charged with. This is a lame case about everyday spousal abuse gone wrong with some stupid list added into it. It shouldn't be on every news channel and talk radio station or web forum.

I think people are so focused on it, simply because the idea of someone potentially making a list like that is ridiculous and amusing. Whether it's truth or not doesn't matter.

However, if my potential future husband produced a list like this, I'd make him eat it.

It's also hypocritical to say women get fat and naggy and start dressing less nice over time, because men do similar. They get fat, stop shaving, stop dressing nice, and figure it's their 'right' to come home and lie on the couch and do shit all because 'they worked hard all day'. Pffffft. Fair's fair, I say.
