Haven't been on here a while. I just need some support and strength. I really liked her. she seemed like she was the one.

My gf just told me that she felt inadequate and wasn't doing her job as a girlfriend. she felt that she wasnt' good enough for me. She also said that she needed to figure things out such as her life. she doesn't know what she wants
right now. I guess a lot of things are overwhelming her such as university, and her life ambitions and goals. she thought it was weird that we never fought or argued. she thought it was strange that the relationship had been going on so good and smooth. she's not used to it since her past relationships have ended badly and they've been bad themselves.

We've been great for 6 months. I kinda saw the signs a few days ago. She has been distant and she kept telling me her insecurities. I can't think of anything else on how to reassure her. Make her feel confident again. Find her way. I've been so supporting, and I've been so patient with her. Just hurts me that it all has to end so suddenly. To me..her problems are my problems too. I didn't do enough to comfort her, or reassure her, or maybe i never made an effort.

I also think distance plays a part. she lives a 2 hour drive away. I've never expected her to be 100% since she lives away from me. I've come to terms with it, but she said she has not.

I don't know what to do. I miss her already and this just happened 2 hours ago!

It is very plausible she is seeing somebody. This behavior isn't usual of a girlfriend who has a boyfriend that is patient, loving, and understanding. Otherwise, she feels inadequate with the love you give to her.
