I'll give quick summary b/c no one likes reading super long posts.. i'll make it point form and dummy proof

-Met girl
-Me and girl hand out lots
-Girl has bf for long time, tells me likes me, she breaks up with bf
-Me girl get closer but nothing serious since girl says don't want serious relationship right away.
-Me star to fall for girl
-Girl tell me she likes me lots but wants to "explore" and not get involved b/c it will be serious b/w us.
-Girl meets guy one nite when us and mutual friends are out and sorta rubs it in my face.
-Me get jealous sorta fite about it, girl tells me i'm crazy and never wants to talk to me again.
-4 months later girl comes back, talkin to me as if nothing happnd.. and throws in random flirty comments..
-Me act like nothing happpnd... me madly in love with girl..

I don't think you should enter a bf gf relationship with her. I don't see the problems becoming friends with her again, but don't make it close friends this time, becuase your going to get your emtions all tied up again.
