how effective do you think condoms+the pill would be, if the pill is *usually* taken on time except the one time right after we had sex.. its the pills prior to sex that count most, right?

If you were wearing a condom, you will probably be fine. Try not to worry; it can delay the start of your period. In the meantime, you might want to go buy a pregnancy test. It will put your mind at ease.

Depends. Sperm can live in your body for a little while after you have sex, so I can see where your concern is coming from, but I think the chances of actually getting pregnant in this situation are ridiculously slim.
