The story behind the nick:

It was some years ago, when I was registering for a site. I didn't know that you would use the nick on the site's forum, so I just used the first thing that popped into my mind and that was Bullettime. Later, one forum member added the Neo tag into his nick and lots of people (including me), did so too.
