Pretty simple query.

I'm meeting a woman I barely know at a bar tonight....it's pretty much established we're hooking up. It's kind of weird because I've always like known girls at least pretty well before having sex. This time I don't....and like I'm not worried about meeting and hitting it off, but rather what to do when I first see her. Obviously not shake hands but like hug or give a crazy makeoutish kiss? I don't want to get stuck in some half way weird thing. the only other thing I wonder about is to know how to say "So, wanna get out of here?" That might just work, I don't know.

I just want to know because I don't like awkwardness and these 2 things could prove to be such. So thanks.

If she isn't expecting to be romanced, then who cares what you say to her? Give her a quick kiss on the cheek, and then use your "do you want to get out of here" line. It should work fine if she is really a sure thing.
