I think I'm going to kill somebody. I'm waiting on hold with technical support for my internet AGAIN.
I got stood up the first two times. They said they'd be over, but were they? Nah. I just told the lady on the phone that I hopes she gets cancer. She hung up on me. It probably didn't help that I started off the conversation with, "Hey! I just got stood up twice by a work order. Can I get stood up again?" It was a Black woman.
Does anybody know who is responsible for Time Warner's bullshit?
