Moogle - Ja but I only sprechst a little Deustch. I only know a couple of words and thats it. I do want to want to take a class to learn more tho. Especially since I can pull off the accent good enough to make most people think I speak German naturally.

I took two yrs of it in high school, and forgot most of it.

I should have taken spanish, since 40% of my patients seem to speak that and only that.
Appreciate the good times and learn from the bad times....

at first i only took it because my gf was in it and i needed a class. i ended up sitting right behind her, but i actually loved it and i had a straight A the whole year.

strongly encourage german if that is waht you want to learn. and i thought it was funny how you said you sprechst a little deutsch. heres a little lesson for ya, when you said that you are speaking german its ich spreche deutsch. notice the e on the end rather than an st. that is because when you conjugate it, there is a pattern that follows through about 60% of all the verbs. its a fun language, especially if you have the accent

I know German has some odd grammar rules, and I don't know them. But the thing with the accent is that its a fake one. You see I have a natural deep voice and combine that with a lisp you get an accent. And the fact that I have the long german face it only adds to it. Part of the reason I want to learn it is that at my last job I had two people (one look like he was one of the hobbits in Lord of the Rings), spoke german to me because they thought that I was a full blooded german. The people around us gave me and the person talking odd looks.

But I want to get my degree then take a class or two. That way if I do poorly for some reason, it won't effect my GPA.

I took Spanish in high school for that exact reason. But now it may be better to learn Chinese or Japanese due to how many asians there are now. Or teach her spanglish, you know spanish mix with english.
