My aunt just died and i don't really know what to do with myself. shewas in her early 50's and just droppedd dead. i'm not really looking for anything i just kinda need to just say it somewhere.

everybody handles death differently. i cry continuosly then shut up but some people show no emotion. its differnt for everyone. if you were close thats when it is the worst cause you cant comprehend the fact you'll never see them again. sorry for your loss

anyways, you shouldn't think of death as means that life ends permanently.
death as i understand it, is freedom from the grasps and stresses of earth. Instead of grieving, pray for a good afterlife. be happy for others who have died, for they are happy as well.
anyways, ive noticed that when ppl are old they actually want to die, so went you get to that point its no problemo...
unless you are an atheist...then you become a tree...
