I need help with this girl

Ok there is this girl that i like a little and i think she likes me. We are sort of good friends. And we talk almost everyday but not for long. I don't have her number so i can't contact her. and i can only see her at school. i would like to get her number but i can't bring my self to ask for it. But anyway almost everyday she ask me for things and its the same thing almost all the time. One day a month or 2 ago i asked her why does she ask me for stuff all the time and she says " i just like to bug you" so i said "what?" and she replied with "what" also. and i want to know what does this mean? Does it even have a meaning? Today she asked me for something before i started to walk home and i told her that i didn't have any so she ask me could i brings some tomorrow and i said maybe. Well i keep you update and plz help me out.

well i didn't have a chance to speak to her today becuase i couldn't find her today. i know she was at school today but i could she her to ask her for her number and when i did she her, she was in the hallway when i was in class. And it might be me but it felt strange. when she looking at me when i saw her in the hallway it look like she wanted to talk to me. But it might just be me. And for some reason i got nervous every time i thought about asking her for her number. and i couldn't sleep last night becuase i was thinking of what to say and i keep saying it over and over in my head.
