    does any body any know any ways of how to get rid of/ or prevent excema from spreading?

    This might sound stupid but eat Tuna it's meant to help apprently. Stress causes it also.

    I dont know if you still require assistance with this but I use diprobase. It isnt thick and it does help alot. It makes the skin smoother and helps me quite alot. On bad areas eumovate and betnovate are good too.

    If the eczema becomes too much to bare I suggest going to the doctors and if that doesnt help get a referal to a dermatologist.

    Yeah.. I guess as the ad is hosted by google it just picks up on the main concept in the title..etc and provides links to dedicated sites.
