How can you tell if a guy is genuinely nice? i mean sometimes i am nice to women regardless of how they act or look like. but then other times i'm being nice because i want to get with someone. but can girls tell the difference?

how so? cuz sometimes i can't tell when i'm being naturally nice or just being nice with a motive. sometimes i get the impression that it's taken as the wrong kind of nice.
