Love means... Attachment, I guess, to a certain degree. Wanting the best for someone, caring about someone despite their faults. And this applies to more than romantic love, too.

No one thing can make me feel love, but if I had to pick something, I'd say time. I don't believe in love at first sight so much as I believe in interest at first sight, and only after knowing someone for a long time can you really come to love them.
