    Just in case..

    Just in case the situation arises where my girlfriend does get pregnant how effective is the morning after pill in terms of a percentile and what does it do exactly in terms of to her body to stop the pregnancy?

    Well, from what I know about the morning after pill, as long as you take it as soon as possible the percentage of preventing a pregnancy is high.

    It's best to take it up to 24 hours after unprotected sex or contraception failure as that apparently prevents 95% of pregnancies, while leaving it until 24 to 48 hours later, drops its effectiveness to 85%.

    So taking it asap is best, and you should be fine and dandy

    Oh well good to know its a high percentage. What does it to exactly though to the body?
