They are usually called foliculitis and it depends on the type for a cure. Take your arms to a dermatologist and get them looked at.

Yeah, you wouldn't want to accidentally leave them at home. That would just be embarrassing!

Do they itch? Do you onlyhave a problem with them in cold/dry weather? Could be eczema... You would have to get a physician to diagnose.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
