Hey there,
My name is Elizabeth, I'm 16 years old, and I got to high school.
I like this guy who's a month younger than me yet a grade lower...
Some things have happened that make
me thing he like me too
but he isn't talking to me...yet he always looks at me during lunch...
the one time I tried to talk to him online but he ignored me...
I don't have any classes with him so I'm not quite sure what to do.
Is it true that guys are really rude to the girl they like?
How can I get his attention? (in a non-sexual way please ^^;;)

No, that's not true at all. The opposite is true, when a guy likes a girl, he almost can't help but be as nice and polite as he can.

Why don't you try talking to one of his friends? See who his circle of friends are, and start getting friendly with one or two of his close friends. That way, when they are hanging out, you have better chances of tagging along and being around him. When you're around him in a smaller group, i'm sure you'll both be able to talk.
