Make my move? Or wait my turn?

There's this girl, and I have known her for 5 years+
I asked her out a couple years ago and rejected =P
Now I talk ALOT with her afterschool and im and facebook and blah blah blah.
There's also this guy who i think also likes her.
I know her pretty well, but he's in more of her classes this year.
I know she's a little unconfortable near him but so am i.
Should I just ask her out, since i know she likes me as or better tha a friend, or just wait until it's clearer?

u never know till you try....if she says no and u still like her a lot and you still want her....take a step back but keep doing what your doing and being friends with her.

Maybe when u ask her out, ask her out more on a friendly get together then a date and then once you are out ask her if this is something she'd be up to doing on a more consistent basis

never wait your turn unless shes already in a relationship....you gotta go for what you want.
