So we had this midnight breakfast thing on my dorm floor last night. Some kind of ritual. Well, I saw this really cute girl that I have a crush on, and her group of friends. I noticed that a friend of mine is kind of in that clique. I have never met this girl before, and I am seriously thinking about asking my friend about her, and maybe see if he will introduce us. The only think, is that I think she lives around this area, and I live 5 hours away, next week is finals week, and I will be gone thereafter.

So the only reason why I really wouldn't want to meet her, is because after we meet, I probably will not see her for 3-4 months, and we will probably only get to talk by phone/internet, which I think could ruin chances that I could date her.

What should I do?

Lilwing, everytime someone asks this question on here I tell them the same thing, get some balls and ask her or talk to her. A female likes confidence! WHY do you need a wingman? When you see her tell you saw her at the breakfast and you just wanted to introduce yourself. You have to do just do it. I've told my son that and he does it without hesitation, now he's a man whore(geezuz). But he has the confidence to do it. Youre not like asking her out on a date the first time you see her, youre just "talking" to her!!!
