Actual penetration time? I prefer the eight-minute option. If things are going the right way, I'm totally ready in a couple of minutes and usually get a couple of orgasms within eight minutes. I find sex to be extremely emotional, so I can get there very easily if I'm feeling it and if I'm not feeling it emotionally it's a complete waste of time anyway, so 45 minutes of trying won't do a thing.

The time varies with us. I like the shorter periods of time because they're much more intense. Because I am older and still am in my prime, it doesn't take long for me. I would lean more to quicker periods of time. I do enjoy the longer periods 30-50 minutes but that would include foreplay.
