Right, just out of curiosity (and a quick study break, mesoamerican conquest...*yawn*)

So, which do you believe in?
1. A longer section of friendship that evolves into a relationship if it turns out that you are mutually attracted to eachother.
Or.
2. A quickly built friendship and early on showing your intentions by going into the dating business, and see where it goes from there.
If you want me to add any further alternatives, let me know, but as far as I know these are the two that usually show up.

I've always believed in option #1 since I think that a relationship between two people who already do well as good friends has a stronger foundation to succeed and be cheerful, yet faces difficulties as it takes longer to build up to, can be confusing and disappointing when it's not mutual. I often relate it to Storgē (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Storge)
