I don't doubt any of you that you want those qualities in a man, but let's be real here-

These things only count after some other qualifications are met, which are:

1) Not socially awkward (aka smooth)
2) Confident (probably as a result of not being awkward)
3) Good-looking

Everything else is almost always secondary. I guess this may have been implied in some of your responses for what you look for, or just unknowingly eliminated them because it's obvious to yourself lacking in these areas is automatic disqualification

I think this really depends on age and if the woman is looking for a long term relationship and possibly marriage.

College girls are looking for looks, confidence, and a personality...that's pretty much it.

As women get older and past that, it's more about social status, personality, and intelligence. Because a woman looking for marriage or long term relationship wants a stable income and future. And let's face it...education and social status usually translate to money.

Plus looks don't last forever.
