Nothing you listed is a sitcom. But if you do want to watch a sitcom, and you have discerning tastes, there's really only one choice: Arrested Development. Absolutely brilliant show. And like most brilliant shows it was canned in favor of more vacuous, disgusting "reality" TV. Apparently most TV watching Americans weren't intelligent enough to appreciate its humor.

Two & A Half Men is a great show that is actually still in production. Check that out.

PrisonBreak and Lost were good. Both really commercial though.. And when it comes to humour, brits all the best! C'mon, greatest comedy movies are from there! Monthy Python, Fawlty Towers, Allo Allo, The Office, and movies like Shaun of the Dead. These sitcoms don't need a laughter soundtrack for people to understand the joke, they are still funny when they are silent.
    Don't expect anything.

I actually recently read a news magazine article with some British comedian/actor talking about how crappy British TV is these days... He is now working on an American show that hasn't been aired yet...

Yeah, these things are arguable. Todays British sitcoms are worse than old ones, even for me, I never liked Blackbooks, for example. But then again there are millions of people who like it, and therefore it all comes down to taste, which is overly subjective.

If your having trouble finding shows to watch, go to this and then
you can find out what looks interesting to watch.

Realty Shows get lame very quickly, unless it's something like So You think you can dance,
documentaries, nature, selling real estate ( I'm going into this, so it interests me )
Sci-Fi ( Battlestar Gallactica or Firefly ), Comedy ( Scrubs, Seinfield, Friends,
Chappelle Show, Family Guy, My Boys ), Drama ( Damages, Kyle XY, Dexter ) or Smallville

I love the The Office (UK)!!

Two and a Half Men - very funny.

I'm really into Criminal Investigation and History channels. I just wish they wouldn't repeat the same topics over and over again!

Two and Half Men for sure is hilarious!

There really isn't alot of good sitcoms here. Drama is awesome.

CSI'S, Criminal Minds, etc. Loved Jericho(they took it off)

I loathe our reality shows. They seem to get dumber every year.

Just started watching Swingers, a show based on the 70's. Its fun just to watch all the old stuff they bring in it.
everything happens for a reason...beginning to wonder why.

The only thing I actually took the time to watch on TV was House M.D.

Everything else on tv sucks. I prefer movies.

I liked Dexter but I had to wait for the whole season to be out cause we don't have Dexter here.

Not a lot comedies around anymore. 2 guys and a Girl was funny too.
