    Please read & offer opinion

Thanks for looking, I have a prob. I need some outside input on. I have been dating (commited relationship) an awesome lady for a year (long distance,300 MIles) so we see eachother about twice a month. My last few trips down to her place, she has been introducing me to people I haven't met so far as her "friend", whereas it has always been "boyfriend" before. When I asked her about it, she got really definsive, and says I'm making something out of nothing, as everyone knows I'm her boyfriend. But if I am being introduced they obivously do not know me. People naturally read between the lines, and a Boyfriend is just that, a "friend" could be just anyone (neighbor, old school buddy, etc). Why the change in terminology? Covering her tracks so as not to introduce two "boyfriends" by accident when she runs into someone on her home turf? Also,(this is more for the ladies reading) she just started pre-menopause so sex is painful and she gets urinary infections,(so she says) but would rather cut out the intimacy than see the doctor which leaves me out in the cold. I told her I find her no less desirible and still feel the same about her, and would even go to the Dr. with her, and just about got my head ripped off. (I later found out from some guy friends that subject is the proverbial 3rd rail). When I put it all together (going from boyfriend to friend in introductions) and the excuse not to have sex, I gotta wonder. BTW- this is my first experience with the "change". Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hmmmm...I would ask some of her friends about who they see you as (her friend of boyfriend) and in case she isn't interested anymore

I would voice my opinions to her, if I didn't like being referred to as friend instead of bf I would tell her straight away, if she disagreed I would re-avaluate the status of the relationship.

Having said that I have little faith in long distance relationships, in my experience with people they rarely work out.

Thanks, I did tell I didnt like it, she said I was overracting, I didnt like the change, and I am reevaluating it now, thats why I was asking for others opinions. I know she is not cheating, maybe the relationship has run its course. Thanks.
