I'm confused

There's this girl that I work with and i like her alot. I even just got my liscense after 12 years because she has inspired me to do it. I mean before i met her i've liked girls in the past but noone has ever made me wanna change and be diffrent. I even left the house at 1:30 am to go to work on my night off to see her. I've always been a hermit and relied on my parents for everything. So you can see that's the first time i've ever done anything like that.


But before i got my liscense i would always look and smile at her and as she walks by and she would smile back. I even talked to her some.

But now that I just got my liscense and feel like i can really talk to her about this. Last night she wouldn't even look at me once and before i left work i went up there to say casuall things and she didn't look up at me once. She didn't even say anything back she just set there starin at the newspaper. Then a few minutes later she got up and slowely walked over to the U-scan and just stared at the screen. Still didn't look and me then I asked her "Are you not talking to me?" and she just slowely turn around and walked away from me without saying a word.

But she's never told me to leave her alone or anything she'd just mope around and ignore me now alot more since i just got my liscense. I'm really confused. Even everyone i work with is so shocked and happy that i finally got my liscense.

Just the other day i tried to talk to her and she was very busy and i asked her if i could talk to her later and she said with a low voice "I guss so." And awhile back before i got the liscense I tried to talk to her outside and She told me i couldn't seriously. But then a week later i got the nerve to ask her if she was mad at me and she told me she wasn't it was just really busy in the store with alll those costermers to dill with. She then told me if she was mad i me I would know it cause she's very blunt about things like that.

Now after being really shy around her the past 7 months i finally get my liscence and feel like a can talk to her now but for some reason she's ignoring me alot more now since i've done that. Ther's so much i've wanted to tell her for so long and now i'm wondering if i'll ever get to tell her how I feel.

Oh she is a very shocialble person and she does know that i like her.
