Should I try to pursue this guy?

Hi,

I recently been hanging out w/this guy at his work(bar), I haven't really gotten to know him until recently(back in sept.). I usually see him once a week at work, just to go for a drink or hang out with friends/having mini conversations w/him.
He's been randomly texting me just to see how I'm feeling and what I've been up to and when my good friend texts him he doesn't text back(rarely he does). I went up to his work yesterday. My friend and I were just standing off to the side and he purposily bumped into me and then another time bringing me drinks he squeeze my arm a few times. Then he would come around and do a quick dance w/us.
The only thing is I just found out he recently just broke up with his g/f.
He is a really nice guy from what it seems from talking to him for a few months.
One thing is I'm not sure if he likes me? Do you think he likes me?
What you think and if so I should i pursue to flirt with him and see if we can hang out one of these days. The only thing usually when I'm off at work he starts work but I'm sure there are a few days off.

Just remember though the risks of being a rebound ... that he may go back to his ex.

You can pursue it, but you have to understand that he's always going to see you as the barfly girl he picked up at work. I've been a bartender, and I know how these things go.
