Yes. Farting is good for your body, nothing better than to relieve those gases that pile up in your stomach.

However, there are times when people can't fart. At the presence of a lady, for example. But its a nuisanse to hold it in all the time when toilet is not nearby.

Do you just hold it in all the time? How is that possible?
