Like the title says, how do you know if a girl is playing hard to get or just not interested or just playing mind games? What does it mean when she is playing hard to get? Lets assume that she's already given the guy her number.

Then call her, get a good conversation in, make her laugh, show interest in her life. Then if you like her ask her out to dinner right away. Don't let her run!

If she's playing a game of hard to get, then you ignore her as if she isn't worth your time. Instead of playing her game by her rules, change the game. Dismiss her, ignore her, don't play by her rules.
