At Uni this guy I know is a wanker, through and through, whenever he is near me I try my hardest to tolerate his BS but today was different...

Anyway today I just finished coming out of class and he came up to me with his usual high school antics and started bagging one of my mates? I told him him to shut his mouth or he would cop it, he started apologising and saying he's only joking etc. I told him yeahh whatever, go away you know, but then he opened his mouth again saying he slept with my sister? I got fired up and told him to back down and to piss off, so then he goes and sprays his ice cold water bottle in my face. I lost it, dropped my books and swung straight away just swiping his chin, he threw a punch or two which completely missed until I got one right on his nose and he dropped.

I couldn't believe it, it was almost like he wanted a fight? Not many people or teachers around other than some of my class mates which was lucky, but even now I can't believe it.

This is where you meet him at his residence and nicely explain to him that if he doesn't tell the department head what you want to hear then something much worse will happen.

Unfortunately, that doesn't matter.

Though water was splashed in his face, that doesn't give him the authority to assault him. If the department head really wants to be a dickhead about it then he can.

I doubt he's gonna win. Telling them that he said he ****ed his sister isnt gonna do any justice. They're just gonna say he was being immature and he shouldnt have retaliated by punching him in the face and blah blah blah knowing damn well if it were them in his place they would have punched his ass out too.
