So... I am interested in asking someone on a second date (she seem interested in me(?) ), but there is a minor issue... I am a junior in college, shes is a grad student graduating in 3 months. Would continuing to ask her out, etc... be a bad idea?

Don't cry, don't regret and don't blame
Weak find the whip, willing find freedom
Towards the sun, carry your name
In warm hands you are given
Ask the wind for the way
Uncertainty's gone, your path will unravel
Accept all as it is and do not blame
God or the Devil

Bah! I guess my question begs to be answered with more questions. I know the answer: "I don't know" is a good answer :p So the deal is, I asked her out on the first date, despite the whole shes graduating thing, simply because I felt like it. We had fun, and I was glad I asked her out... ^_^. I kind of shut my mind off the first time (because this question came into mind the first time around too), should I just ignore it and go with the flow?
Because she's leaving soon, I suppose the real answer is ... if by dating her, you are running the risk of getting attached, then it's probably not a good idea to keep pursuing her. But if it's just for a good time for both of you, why not?
Carl.
I think you might as well go with your gut feeling if it's early-on. I've dated three girls who are 10 years my senior so definitely the difference in your lives doesn't necessarily have to be a barrier. I guess I should also mention that none of those relationships of mine ending in anything but maddening, unending pain. Well.. good luck!
I really could care less about the age gap (which is only 1 year mind you), its the expiration date thats kinda... weird I guess. But, Carls advice was very helpful
