Female fantasies and sex

Good day everyone.

Question from a married man who has a very active sex life with his wife.

My wife admits that she often likes to fantasize during sex with me. Sometimes (the frequency varies), she fantasizes that I am a different man (usually she closes her eyes when this is happening).

In my experience, fantasy always enhances the sex, and it is certainly great for us (I did an informal poll between she and I). My question is . . .is this common for women? Is it at all any cause for concern? (i.e. do I need to lose weight, build up my pecs, etc.)

The only time I fantasize about another man when I'm having sex is when I'm fantasizing about him being there in addition to the one I've already got. Throw some women in there, too. Now, that's a fantasy!
