    Aren't Airports Great?

I was here at the airport a little over a week ago to pick up my brother, I'm here today to pick up my Step Dad, and I will be back at this airport in a few days to send my brother off.

Sooner or later, I suppose I'll have to get on one of those airplanes... hopefully in the fall I'll be able to travel for a bit.

In the meantime... I'm becoming awfully familiar with DFW Airport...

I don't like them.Especially today... I was today on the airport to let my bf fly away to work on mallorca ... ok it's not very difficult to get there, flights are cheap and from almost every airport in the europe, and we are going to live there together next few months, and actually I'm going there in 18 days but still... I'm somehow sad...

DFW is not my favorite airport, by any stretch. How annoying that you keep finding yourself there.

Wait a minute, did you update your step dad thread? What the hell is he doing on an airplane already? Is your mom going to smack him in the balls when you get home? What's going on?

The new-built Beijing International Airport was frikkin' awesome. Beats others such as Shanghai, Sciphol and Heathrow any day.

If she wasn't going to smack him in the balls earlier... she might now. His flight landed at 2:30pm.. it's now 4:30pm... he's been in customs for 2 hours and counting.

Several people at his old job chipped in and helped pay for his return ticket. I think I updated the thread a while back.

So much has been happening lately, I just go from one thing to another.

I have noticed, I'm the only one here that thought to bring a laptop and mp3 player --- at least the only one I can see using such things. With the right beat, DFW airport isn't too bad --- better than the airport in Houston..

what are you talking about?? airports are great!!! they have it all... food, bars, restrooms and uncomfortable chairs that you can sleep on.

didn't you see, "terminal" with tom hanks?? he lived at the airport for quite some time.
