Well here it is.....There's this girl i like best friends with at school and i have had a crush on her for about a year (the reason i didn't tell her earlier was because she liked someone else) Anyway, Her best friend started liking me and she was asking why i wouldn't go out with her, Until after being nagged for about 2 weeks i told her it was because i liked her. Now knowing this she got kind of confused and felt obliged to like me, Which she did (a bit) but still likes that other person as well, Now she feels weird about the hole thing and i feel bad because im pretty much to blame for it.....
Also the pain of waiting for her to tell me is killing me, From so i have become depressed and unable to sleep.

What should i do?

I don't recommend telling people you like them right off the bat due to this kind of awkwardness it brings. There is a time and a place to say certain things and this wasn't one of them.

What can you do? It's a difficult decision. You have little choice. Have a chat with her where you talk about how you feel and find out if she would like to be with you. If she doesn't then you will need to end the friendship and look elsewhere.
