Cant get it through my head my ex isnt coming back

Its now been almost months since the break up,( i wish i found this forum back then!) Me and her were together for 4 and a half years. It was a really good relationship not to much fighting She was my first and I was her first. We saw each other 4 days a week. I miss her like crazy and she is making me extremely gealous, Ive not contacted her since the breakup.She has a few minor things of mine which i told her i wanted back and i have a few things she wants back....but still she never came to get them or send anyone, so this kinda makes me feel like shes just taking space especially since just turning 19 and turning into a huge barstar. She is partyin with allmy friends I used to hang out with before i met her so that is bothering the hell out of me too. I dont know what to do tell myself its over. I cant stop thinking about her all day long even when im hangin with friends.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Also, She used to get quite gealous of other girls, so over time I have completely stopped talking to my girl friends and girls all together. I feel like a creeper if I check one out lol (When I had her I noticed tons of guys checkin her out and didnt want to be like them) So basicly I dont know how to talk or even meet new girls ahh I wish I never lossed my Alpha male attitude I once had

Similar situation I'm in right now.
Go to the same bars as her, become the alpha male again. Make her want you, and do things she does that you used to not do (eg: bars)
GET HER BACK BEFORE SHE GETS WITH ANOTHER GUY!

Do not be all lovey-dovey, you've gotta be an Alpha and make her want you again, try to 'go out as friends' after a while of also being at same bars; Then make an irrisitable move or something.
