    too much dreaming.

i've been having this problem for a while now. too much dreaming. i dream all night. i woke up at 1am and i dreamt for what seemed like hours. looooooooong drawn out dreams. at first i thought if i wrote them down maybe my brain would stop. but it hasn't. i don't write them down anymore because i don't want to encourage them. plus it takes a long time to write them down because it's so much.

i went back to sleep and it was back to dreaming...

my mind will not stop. is this a problem anybody has ever had or heard about?

    what is my problem?
baby ya hustle. but me i hustle harder.

Why do you think your dreams are a problem?

    Everybody dreams when sleeping.

Some people dream vivid, others dream not so vivid.

Some people remember their dreams, some don't.

You're about as normal as one can be unless you're having nightmares.

    no they're just loooooooooooooooooooong.

i believe i dream all night long.

it's like i go to sleep and five minutes later i start dreaming and they don't stop until i wake up.

they're not bad. they're unfortunately not sexy. it just feels like my brain doesn't want to rest.

I think I heard that most people dream, but forget them as soon as they are over. Maybe you just have a better memory than most.

People dream about 5 dreams at night. Some remember all, some remember none.
Actually I`ve heard that when You wake up and look at the window or in the mirror , You forget everything You were dreaming of and actually it works I tried it few times, and I couldn`t remind me of the dreams ,tho I usually remember them.
I also assume that dreams are some kind of mix from thoughts, moments and people from the day before.Even if the dream has no normal meaning and seem to be crazy, I know why I was dreaming of those people, things and etc. I usually had something to do with them the day before So there is more than sure no paranormal thing about dreaming.
I also heard that females dream in colours and males in black and white - is it true? I always dream in colour

Don't worrie, they only appear to be looooooooooong.

I can see where the feeling that you don't seem to get rest is bugging you.

It's my experience that happiness comes from the inside. I translate that as: it's what you think that sets your mood.

So if you will think about this experience as a negative one, it will become a negative one.

My suggestion: why don't you turn your thinking around? Like for example: wow, this is soooo coooooool, I have those long dreams and I really enjoy them.... (be all excited an happy about it).

    Just an idea.

    i don't know you guys. i really don't think it's healthy.

i woke up at 1am and i had already had a bunch of dreams.

    it's starting to bother me.

i've always been able to remember my dreams. but now i wish i could forget. surely there is some medical issue that can explain this. i looked it up and there's a lot of reports of people taking anti depressants having long dreaming sleep, but i don't take any of that.

    i need a psychiatrist.

What is it about the dreaming that bothers you? Do you wake up feeling tired? Are you tired all day? Or do you just THINK that you must not be getting a lot of rest when you dream?
