Just tell her you're serious when it comes to relations. If she can't handle that.. why would you want to be with her?

She is just using that as an excuse. She is the one playing with you. Leave her be and if she likes you, she'll go to you.

Look her straight in the eye, and if she won't.. gently pull her chin up and lock your eyes with her and whisper "I'm serious about me and you" and bang either you get a shy reaction or a pretty exciting reaction *wink*
