Depends on the person I guess.
Some people have an open relation (swingers) and that seems to work fine for them.

Hmmm this is an interesting question.
I love a girl, a girl I will most likely marry. But when I see a hott babe go by that makes me look twice, do I think about banging that girl? Sure. I think that is in a guys nature. Not all, but most.
