Seriously so stoked. Teeth whitening

So I got a great tip from a youtube video. I've been trying to whiten my teeth now for a while but I don't get enough hours at my job to be splurging on getting my teeth whitened professionally. Anyway but I'm using mouthguards that are molded to my teeth top and bottom as whitening plates with this stuff called plus white teeth bleach and I'm literally watching my teeth get whiter. It's AMAZING. All together it cost less than ten bucks. FCUK professional whitening they charge you like 300 for professional plates.

I thought that stuff ruins your enamel though! I drink coffee and I maintain my white teeth by using toothpaste with extra flouride. And mashing strawberries into a paste and brush my teeth with it.

Nope I did some research on this stuff and it's actually not. I was worried about that too but it's ok.

Now just remember, color is relative. You could have super white teeth, but it could also make your gums look more swollen.

ya that's true. That's probably the only bad thing about it teeth bleach is not good for ur gums.

see, with teeth whitening, usually the enamel is being eaten away, and thus you have whiter and brighter and thinner teeth.
