Should i chase her....? Help Plz

Here is my problem:

My mom set me up on this date......my mom knows her mom sort of thing. We went on a date and hit it off right from the start. We have been hanging out for about three months now and everything was good we both were really into each other until about a month ago when i tried to kiss her she said " no,i feel uncomfortable". She claims that its because i never made a move on her? I know i waited a long time to make a move, but i was to scared of messing up, i have never meet a girl like this one, and i would hate to lose her. She said that she is having a hard time getting over the friends thing, thats what she said was the vibe i give off. She also told me that she will never make the first move. She is really hard to figure out, but i like her a lot. What should i do. Should i let her go......or chase her and make a move.....

Hmm, I'd just kinda man up about it, be like hell yeah I was nervous, you know how beautiful and awesome you are? Any one would be nervous about this.

IDK, I pull it off because I joke around a lot.

You gotta go from being the friend to the man, meaning, instead of seeming like you need her make it so she needs you.

Try not to come off as desperate and be cool about it.

If she starts tagging you around like she needs ya then make that move and make it powerful not wimpy.
