Should I End the Relationship

Hello All...I'm new to this, but obviously I'm here because I'm in a state of confusion. I've been dating this man for about 4 months now and I've truly fallen inlove with him. About a month into the relationship he disclosed that he was dating and further defined his definition of dating to mean not just me, but that he was dating a someone in another state. I communicated that I wasn't interested in sharing and only desired to date him, hence exclusive. We have an awesome connection, but I'm on an emotional rollercoaster because it hurts to know that he is emotionally, physically, involved with another woman. He says, that he does not committ to potential and while getting to know me I am potential. I am in love with him and our relationship otherwise is wonderful...HELP!

Tough situation! 4 months for me is enough time to know if i want to be exclusive with someone. What about for him? Maybe have that conversation with him? I dont think giving him a deadline or ultimatum will help, though. i think it's up to you how long you want to stay with him. if you dont like it, you should leave it, but if you are willing to wait a bit longer and see if he decided to be exclusive with either of you, you can do that. either way, decide what YOU want and how long YOU are willing to wait.

Thank you! We've talked it about it on several occassions and I've grown increasinly uncomfortable. I know that the decision is for me to make, but it's hard because we do have a great connection.
