hey, ok so im real confused here lol....

me and this guy hav liked eachother 4 about over a year, he tried 2 initiate something but i was going through all these problems and pretty much rejected him.

so it turns out that he still likes me and i still like him and so recently i told my friend 2 give him my number, because im not in any of his classes in school and dont see him much.

she gave it 2 him and she said he seemd really happy and enthused about it and got very exited but he still hasnt txtd me or called. i dont want to sound paranoid but could he simply just be over me?? and if so then why would he act so happy about getting my number??

No he's not over you, I'm in a somewhat similar situation right now (but I'm the guy) and the reason why I don't want to text is because I simply don't know what to write. I guess texting a stiff "hello" wouldn't be a good impression? Well...that and I don't have enough courage to do it (perhaps he hasn't the courage either which means he's shy). ^^

I think you should ask his number and text him, it'll get him loose.

make sure that the you get the right number. I sometimes switch numbers often and dont jump to stupid conclusions maybe the number is old or that he has other things to do. if hes not responding on the phone try aproaching him in reality or try internet websites myspace or facebook.

This the 21st century, it's totally acceptable for a girl to get a guys number not to mention it puts you in control of the situation. Now about all you can do is play the waiting game. hope everything works out.
