Confused about whether he is interested or not

I'm really confused abot what this guy wants or what he's thinking. We are both so comfortable around each other. We talk to each other every night until 4 in the morning. He calls me just to say goodnight or just to check up on me during the day. He would sing to me because i wanted him to. He would accompany me just because i need somebody there. He does these things that makes me feel as if he IS interested.

So heres the thing.. one night I asked him to play 20 questions with me..(Lame.. i know but i was curious) I asked him what his ideal relationship was.. and he tells me everything he doesn't want in his ideal relationship. Or what he doesn't like. Such as " I don't like aniversaries, i don't like expenses, i don't pop the question because i think if she raelly does like me she would tell me because she wanted me to know." and then he says.." i don't know.. i don't want a relationship .. atleast not for awhile. "

And that just pissed me off. Why are you wasting your time talking to me if you're not interested? Why are you always so keen and excited to see or talk to me if you're not interested? I don't get it..
