A few weeks ago I entered one of my poems into a contest. Today I got a letter in the mail saying that my poem has made it to the finals and part of the means it will be published in the next edition of some really famous anthology. Until today I had completely forgot about the contest. It really made my day. That is all.

Congratulations!!
I just got my first poem published too. Mine was also from a poetry.com contest so maybe they're actually in the same book. It sure is a great feeling. I wish you the best of luck in the future with your poetry.
