you know who should get tased? people who have dogs and don't know how to train them or treat them properly.

i remember once there was an old lady who had a rott. when she was threatened of having the dog taken away because she could care for it, she actually told the dog to bite the female officer. i don't remember where i seen this clip, but damn, the dog bite the officers hand and it didn't let go. being that the old lady used the dog as a weapon, the dog was put to sleep and the old lady was thrown in jail.
there are times like this where animals should be tasted because when it comes down to it, i would choose a person's life over an animals.

i love animals but i do think sometimes people go too far like those self righteous crazies that threaten people who test on animals. not that i condone the practice but those people testing don't deserve to die at the hands of other people
