There is no coincidence, it is fate.

Ok, back to the topic. High school life, she is 3 years older than me. (She is studying in college, college in a high school, yeah...)

I did some research, anyone can tell me what is she thinking? I think it will be a tricky one...

1. She usually doesn't smile. She only smile when she is talking to ones she knew, and in front of a photographer.
2. I never see her, and my friends said that, SHE NEVER LAUGH.
3. She is not THAT BEAUTIFUL, but quite thin + slim + tall, an athletic.
4. Holding important positions of her clubs, I asked them, they say she is a nice person but... she don't really talk much to them.
5. I got her best friend, which is my friends' sister. She said she is very cool and never talk to anyone she doesn't know.
6. A lot of boys tried to date her but all turned down.

Ok, conclusion. What you do will never interest her before she recognize you.

I don't really know what to ask... just give me any advice you think which will help me out.

anyway it sounds like shes very focused on whats important to her. Why shes turned down guys, there could be a number of reasons. Maybe shes not ready for a relationship, maybe she has low self worth and is thinking they are teasing her or something by asking her, maybe a relationship will trash her goals (in her mind) or maybe shes trying to figure out her orientation. Who knows.

you've done your homework and found out that shes nice and driven but not that approachable, like, its not a good idea to tell jokes in order to woo her.

I say the best route is to talk to her a little bit at a time, and even if she isnt a smiler, smile at her. She will need to warm up to the idea of you being a friend before you attempt anything else
