Opinions Anyone?

There's this girl who I have been trying to get myself to talk to for way to long. We're both very shy. She's just seems like....idk... like if anyone would understand me, it would be her. It's really hard to explain. The strange thing is that it seems like she might like me too. I mean there are times where it seems like it but not exactly obvious. Well to name a few, I accidentally bumped into her and she smiled, really big. Also whenever I'm near she's all fidgety and sways back and forth. Sorry, one more. I sit next to her in math. My friend pulled up a chair to talk to me. and she's like very flirty. I looked over and she was looking right at me. Kinda strange. Any opinions on this would be great. Thanks.
