Thank you very much but I just want to know the answer. It's nothing about THAT guy or THIS guy. BTW, he doesn't treat me like crap, actually he give me suggestion all the time regarding my work issue. I just want to make sure that I don't do it too much.

If the issues are major it should be fine, but for small/drama-related issues you'd be better off sharing it with friends.
