i've posted 60 post in 9 days
keep it simple
Self-esteem isn't bragging about how great you are. It's more like quietly knowing that you're worth a lot (priceless, in fact!). It's not about thinking you're perfect — because nobody is — but knowing that you're worthy of being loved and accepted.

But paper sinks
and words are weak
i try, but i cant speak"

This is the *only* electronic recreation I do. No facebook, no television, no chat, PLUS I can read the news while I type on here and occasionally stumble on the right thing to say to some tortured person.
I don't feel too bad about it.
Second thoughts can generally be amended with judicious action; injudicious actions can seldom be recovered with second thoughts.

i feel like everything is falling apart
sound dramatic but i feel really low right now.
I dont know if it's mood swing but one minute i'm feeling ok and another, i'm reminded of all that's happening and got really depress.
These are big events that had happened over the last 6 months
- My father passed away
- Got a job
- Got really stress because of the job
- Stop talking to my bestfriend ( known each other for 6 years)
- Potentially break up with my current boyfriend (be bf-gf for 4 years)
- Stop talking to my sister (since she always ask money stuff)
So i'm thinking i would just go ahead, lay down and die now

Aw, val. You're not alone. This place is a wonderful way to reduce stress. It doesn't mean you have no life- it means you've got too much going on to handle by yourself and you need a little relief. Nothing wrong with that.
